A great night out with friends! We tried most of the brands The Upper Place has to offer! Honestly a great place in north east London, easy to get there and in a very vibrant area! Food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. I believe this area was much in need of a place like this where you can get together even if you have different taste on food or particular dietary needs. I’ll be back soon
Located between Holway Road and Seven Sisters Road, next to Morison, this spot is a true hidden gem. It features a vibrant food court that offers a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary cuisines, along with a charming bar and café. The only drawback is their early closing time on Sundays, which is at 5 PM. Regardless, I highly recommend visiting the Upper Place food court!
What a find! I cannot believe this has been around since last summer and was upstairs from where we usually get some shopping (the fresh eggs stall, butchers and Colombian café are our go to's) This is what the area needs, a beautiful community space, Street food stalls all set within a beautiful open indoor and outdoor dining space. There is a bar, child friendly spaces, wonderful food that is extremely good quality and very well priced! Art classes and other events available. Highly recommend. Just inside the market up some very under stated stairs!
The best Ethiopian food I’ve ever had at a restaurant (Remember, I said at a restaurant Home doesn’t count Homemade always the best) But this came so close, incredible masterful cookery: The Shurò The (Besele) Kitfo Even rare that everyone seems to love Must have Mitmita or anything else SUPER SPICY The Awaze Tibs The menu (ABAY restaurant think it’s called, I’ll correct if wrong:: then UP THOSE EPIC STEPS into this utopia)) Its currently a cute small restaurant inside a very large food hall so plenty of pace, it won’t be for long the chief is too masterful (Michelin standards,, top top) this dinning experience is my little secret, but I’m gonna give it to my loyal community. People who read my reviews and know about the connoisseur I’ll share the experience with you this place as my gesture of goodwill it’s a small Ethiopia Restaurant currently within a private large food hall can be hard to find so good luck but it’s worth it. You have some stairs then when you enter the large food hall a lot of dining spots appear. Now just close your eyes and follow the spicies, the culture, the aroma straight to the Ethiopian spot The smell captivate you from entrance if they started cooking, just follow your NOSE let it guide you & You are so so so welcome for this, this is my gift for the year‼‼‼‼ P.s we had a few different orders but this is just my iconic usual at any Ethiopian establishment. Remember what I always say keep it simple this isn’t a science experiment for goodness sake Pas: Food:11????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????‼ Atmosphere:5/5 Service:5/5????????????????????????
Amazing new food hall that has opened up in North London! It's the perfect place to indulge in a fantastic meal made with the finest quality products. Whether you're craving mouth-watering burgers , authentic pizza, or even some delightful vegetarian options , they have it all! The attention to detail and dedication to using first-rate ingredients is truly commendable. Not only does the food hall offer an extraordinary food experience, but the ambiance is also top-notch. The trendy decor, cozy seating areas, and lively atmosphere make it a perfect spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxed meal by yourself. I recently visited and was blown away by the incredible selection of dishes. The flavors, presentation, and overall experience surpassed all expectations. So, if you're looking for a new go-to place for a sensational dining experience, I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem!
Na’guara is amazing. The food is so good and fresh and the owners/chef just lovely people. Go for the arepas. But also get the chicha!
Ate at the Na Guara. Delicious and quite authentic Venezuelan food. I recommend trying arepitas with nata, cachapa con todo, tostones, and tres leches cake. Great and friendly service. It was a bit chilly.
Wow!! We've been coming to the Nag's Head market for years. This is one of the best things to happen to this place ever. Food is amazing and atmosphere is so good. We had delicious chicken spring rolls from Pad Thai Cafe, and the most amazing dragon sushi from The Upper Place Neighbourhood Kitchen. You can also get drinks, lattes, desserts and hang out in the beach or games area. There's a place for kids to play too. And from 11-5 you can use it as a co-working or meeting space. The other thing is you can bring food from the downstairs cafés and restaurants up here too enjoy. What a discovery - we'll definitely be coming here often!!
